Admission is not the destination. It is preparation for what follows.

A major, school, language program and co-op should not be chosen in isolation. JStay considers the person's current position and employer perspective to organize a realistic academic and career path.

01

Major and study direction

Connect interests, grades and subjects to later education

02

Experience design

Clarify the purpose of language, co-op, projects and Canadian experience

03

Career preparation

Review resumes, interviews and career stories around target roles

Designed around the customer, not the catalogue.

01

The person first

We consider experience, strengths, personality and life conditions as well as grades.

02

Education and hiring connected

We review how majors and programs may be used in actual roles and labour markets.

03

A realistic action plan

Current readiness, time and cost separate immediate tasks from later steps.

04

Experienced perspectives

When useful and available, relevant professionals may provide practical perspectives.

From the first conversation to the next step.

01

Current-position review

We discuss education, experience, English, interests and the core concern.

Goals and limits

Preferred field, timing, cost, family and status conditions are organized.

Pathway comparison

Majors, schools, language, co-op and experience options are compared.

Choices and the action plan can be adjusted as circumstances change.

A clear role before, during and after arrival.

FAQ

Will you choose my major for me?

No. We analyze interests, strengths, grades, experience and constraints to build clearer choices and decision criteria.

Do you guarantee Canadian admission?

No. We support preparation and decisions but cannot guarantee a school's admission outcome.

Do you connect people to jobs?

Resume, interview and career direction can be reviewed, and professional or position information may be connected when available. Interviews and hiring are never guaranteed.

Is career consulting useful for younger students?

For middle-school students, the goal is not to lock in a career but to organize interests, subject choices and useful experiences.

Can language study or co-op be included?

Yes. We consider what the experience should contribute to later study and work.

How many sessions are needed?

A focused direction review may take one session, while school, major or application-material work may require follow-up sessions.
