1. Information collected at first contact
We may collect the student or guardian name, reply contact, age, grade, English level, program interest, preferred timing and duration, approximate budget and consultation message. We do not ask for passport numbers, medical records or similar sensitive information at the initial inquiry stage.
2. Why we use it
Information is used to respond, review suitable programs, schools and accommodation, prepare a proposal or agreement and make necessary follow-up contact. We explain and obtain consent before using it for a new purpose.
3. Sharing with schools and providers
When registration or service delivery requires it, we share only the necessary information with a school, district, accommodation, insurer or relevant service provider after student or guardian consent. We do not sell it or share it with unrelated parties unless required by law.
4. Retention and protection
After the inquiry or collection purpose ends, information is securely deleted or anonymized unless it must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Access is limited and reasonable safeguards are used.
5. Access, correction and deletion
A person or the guardian of a minor may ask to review, correct or delete personal information. We respond within a reasonable period unless another legal obligation requires retention.
6. Information about minors
We consider the student's age and the nature of the information when confirming guardian consent. Additional health, safety or school-support information is requested only after the service is defined and its purpose and sharing scope are explained.
